Welcome to Earth Class

Earth is a mixed year 7-11 class with pupils of mixed academic abilities.  All of the pupils in Earth Class have autism and need a classroom of routines, peace and calmness to fulfil their full potential. This allows the pupils to concentrate and feel safe; whilst learning at their own pace and academic level.

In Earth Class the teaching and learning is based around their exams criteria, whether that is at the starting point of Entry Level qualifications, up to GCSE Level. 

We incorporate lessons on life skills and social skills; an important part of our pupils learning opportunities, to allow them to become as independent as possible when they are becoming young adults in year 11, and ready for the next steps of their future.
